The primary purpose of the role is to be the main point of contact for customer billing enquiries and manage these through to resolution, taking corrective actions where necessary and agreeing acceptable outcomes with customers.

NOC Administrator
Level 1

The NOC function involves provision of support and assistance to Customer Services, the resolution of escalated calls within SLA, monitoring hardware and software to maintain platform stability in order to minimise downtime.

Technical Support Advisor
Level 1

The role is to deliver a professional on-boarding and support service to our customers and provide help and advice using the services. Within the Technical Support team you will work to respond effectively to service orders and service requests to meet the SLA’s and business KPI’s.

Customer Relations Advisor
Level 2

The role is to identify business improvements as communicated by our customers through the mediums of surveys, complaints and retention opportunities and make recommendations for improvement to retain and protect the business revenue.
