Backup Management

- Resolving, remotely, the alert and restart the job to maintain
the integrity of the data
- Escalating, via email or phone, if the backup job fails and
cannot be resolved remotely

- Producing a data protection report
- Report detailing the number of alerts generated and list of
backup jobs, per server, success/failure.
