Cobweb Remote Management service provides you with server
incident management and planning, with direct access to an
experienced and qualified Technical Service Desk that acts as the
central point of contact for all your IT based enquires.

This service can be used to add to your existing technical team
or just provide out of hours cover.
Delivered in a modular format to allow you to tune the service
delivery to your business needs, this service can be enhanced to
include Problem Management, Capacity Planning, Release Management,
Patch management and Backup Management.
Options have also been included on service delivery hours.

Optional Service Desk
This service can also be provided with a UK
based Service Desk, which along
with communications via email & SMS, will
allow you to proactively raise incidents via telephone.
The technical analyst will have a minimum of CompTIA, A+,
HP HPS and Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications.
They will always attempt a first time fix and then
if further investigation is required, they will
continue take ownership of the incident whilst a resolution is
sought.
