Infrastructure Management - Service Options
The following add-on services are also available with the
Cobweb Infrastructure Management Service*:
Problem Management
Problem Management aims to resolve not just the immediate issue,
but the root causes of incidents to prevent recurrence in the
future.
Problems can also be identified from a single significant
incident that has a major impact on the business.
Problem Management is provided by support professionals
with extensive experience in managing and resolving problems in
technical environments, typically remotely. The team will work
to;
- Identify problems through analyses of past incidents
- Develop and update the known errors database
- Develop work-arounds to be used in the Incident Management
process
Every month you will receive a Problem Management report which
will contain details of the problems raised, known errors raised,
outstanding issues at the end of the month and any problems unable
to be resolved without expenditure.
Capacity Planning
Capacity Planning monitors and reports on the system
capacities within the monitored infrastructure.
The Standard Service Report provides monthly statistics and
graphical information on the following:
- Disk Utilisation
- Memory Utilisation
- Processor performance
- Disk I/O
Also available is the Interpreted Reports service, which
provides the above information plus analysis of the information
gathered. This report provides advice and recommendations to enable
anticipate potential future requirements.
Choice of Hours
Cobweb Infrastructure Management support is available as
follows:
Extend Hours: 5:30pm – 9am Monday to Friday,
24hr cover on Weekends and Public Holidays
Full 24/7: This is a continuous service
available for 365 days per year
