Included in the standard service for any of the
infrastructure choices we will:
- Provisioning of all relevant devices in the monitoring
system
- Configure appropriate alerts and thresholds for each
device
- Alerts monitored as standard are Simple Network Management
Protocol (SNMP) read only access
with the addition of Windows Management Interface and Internet
Control Message Protocol in the
case of firewalls
- Prepare and issue standard monthly availability reporting for
the monitored device, including key
statistics and utilisation
- Remotely resolve, any incidents arising from an alert, or
escalate as appropriate
- Complete change requests to the device following the correct
process.*
