Extended Mailbox

 

Extended  mailbox allows you to purchase and store an unlimited* amount of email data in a secure Archive Store. A Mailbox Archive Policy is provided with the service, which determines when messages are copied to the Archive Store and "stubbed".  Archive Storage is purchased as required by the Archive Administrators through the Control Panel portal.

 

An optional extra for the Extended Mailbox service is Cross Archive Search, which provides nominated Archive Administrators the capability to perform auditable searches across the entire Archive Store.
