Customer Support
- The Service is fully supported for server break-fixes - 24/7
via email, Control Panel support form and telephone
- Severity 1 issues only, as defined by the Service Level
Agreement, will be progressed 24/7, with all other issues handled
during core hours of support.
- Access to the Customer Support Service Desk is for named
Customer Administrators only
- Customer Support service includes 3 cases per month that are
attributed to customer activities. Unused customer cases expire at
the end of every month.
Guaranteed Service Levels
- The service includes a 99.9% guaranteed service level for
server and network availability.
- All service level guarantees are based on service monitoring
data collected over whole calendar months, and explicitly excludes
Scheduled Maintenance Windows
Administration
The service includes access to the Cobweb Control Panel, based
on Parallels Automation, which includes the following:
- Full domain purchase, registration and transfer
- DNS record management
- Purchasing of Cobweb Hosted Email, SharePoint and CRM
- Selection and purchase of additional firewall security
- Purchase of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Web edition
