Information Quality/Security
Manager – Mark Davies
Mark has been with Cobweb since the very
beginning and likes it so much he has stayed!
He’s had a variety of different roles
throughout the business including Service Desk Manager, Operations
Manager and a Project Manager! This has given him a unique
perspective of the business and the services we provide. He was
instrumental in the ISO27001 accreditation after having worked on
the project for eighteen months with the other members of the team
and showed the determination to get the system implemented and
working within the company.
Once this had been successfully achieved he
then went on to oversee the Microsoft Gold Certification which has
now been held for the past three years.
Leading on from that we have now been working
on ISO14001 for the past 9 months and will go to external audit at
the end of May. This will then help to tie the knot together of the
systems that show both internally and externally the commitment to
Quality, Information Security and also the Environment. Monitoring
and measuring these systems is a big job and ensuring buy-in across
all levels of the business is a huge task! (But worth it!)
Mark is also currently completing his Masters in Business
Administration (MBA) at Portsmouth University.
Management Systems
Administrator – Louise Cookson
Louise started at Cobweb in November 2007 as
Management Systems Administrator to help Mark monitor and measure
the Quality and Information Security systems within
Cobweb.
Louise brings along with her an experienced
background in Administration and Project Management, and also some
Design skills which have helped brighten up our internal
posters.
Some of Louise’s design work can be seen
throughout the pages we’ve put here for the systems and we like to
think the lighter approach helps the message to get home
easier!
