Microsoft Gold Certification
Cobweb has now been Gold Certified for the past three years.
We’ve always had a close relationship with Microsoft but this
helped cement the fact that we have many happy customers using the
service and that are happy to give us their recommendation as well
as a technical team of which the majority of are Microsoft
qualified.
There are many benefits both to us and to the customer that are
gained from this accreditation. We get some of the best support
available on Microsoft products when something weird and wonderful
happens, we get access to all the new products and services a
little earlier than non-Gold Certified Partners and we also use
their system as a method for collating some customer satisfaction
data.
Gold certification definitely takes the headache away from worrying
about some of the licensing issues that you can come up against as
a SME. Internally we use software such as Exchange, CRM, Outlook,
Office and many others for webhosting and SQL. If we are selling a
service to customers then we like to use it internally to make sure
we have a full rounded picture of how it works and any potential
issues / challenges that may arise from it. We really do practise
what we preach!
