Solutions manages the communications system for the I-APUs pilot
Local Government Franchising (LGF) partnership between KCC and
Swindon Borough Council (SBC). The implementation of Cobweb’s
Hosted Windows SharePoint Services, a team working and

Belvoir Letting Agents
Belvoir Letting Agents has turned to Cobweb Solutions for a
robust and scalable messaging and collaboration solution to manage
the growing communication requirements of its residential lettings
business.
Cobweb’s Microsoft Hosted Exchange service enables staff within
Belvoir offices and franchisees to have 24*7 access to email,
diary, address books and documents through desktop PCs, laptops and
mobile devices. A total of 200 managers and staff currently benefit
from the service, including 20 staff situated in Belvoir’s central
office in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
Northwards Housing are now using Cobweb's Hosted SharePoint to
enable employees, on a daily basis, to become more efficient by
structuring the storage of documents and management of projects as
well as building a knowledgebase to keep staff informed and
involved. In addition, agendas and papers for the Northwards board
and subcommittees are now distributed online. This has allowed a
move towards paperless meetings, all as a result of using Cobwebs
