Cobweb Solutions is the biggest independent Hosted
Exchange provider in Europe, delivering a range of hosted
communication tools to more than 5,000 small and medium-sized
business customers.

Starting out over ten years ago as an application service
provider and early adopter of Microsoft Exchange, Cobweb is one of
the longest established Hosted Exchange providers in the world.
This longevity in the market has given Cobweb invaluable experience
and the knowledge to offer its customers a specialist service that
is both simple and reliable.
Putting customer service at the forefront of its company
philosophy, Cobweb uses a tailored approach to understand a
customer’s requirements and will accommodate these needs to make
sure there is a solution that fits their budget. Cobweb also
recognises that technology is only as good as the human behind it
and provides UK-based telephone support to ensure there is always a
trained professional just a phone call away. Customer reassurance
is one of Cobweb’s priorities and service uptime is guaranteed by
the financially-backed SLA (Service Level Agreement) provided to
all customers.
Extending its customer focus further still, Cobweb continually
concentrates its efforts on researching, creating and adapting
technical solutions, and strongly believes in making investments
that will benefit its customers. In 2007 the company partnered with
Parallels.com to provide customers with a management control panel
and billing system that is active 24 hours a day, seven days a
week, further improving the simplicity and reliability of managing
a customer’s services.

Only five per cent of Microsoft Partners worldwide can
distinguish themselves as having a competency, and Cobweb is proud
of its ‘Gold’ status in Microsoft’s Hosting category. The company
also has one of only a small number of worldwide MVPs (Microsoft
Most Valued Professionals) and a variety of qualified MCPs
(Microsoft Certified Professionals) as part of its team, which
gives customers the confidence that Cobweb can resolve any
technical issues they may face. This close partnership with
Microsoft is critical to the success of the company’s services.
In addition to its aggregate services, Cobweb also endeavours to
support local charities. In 2012 the company sponsored
not-for-profit organisation Give Us Time and the Company85 Global
Challenge, which looks set to be an exciting event!
